Prices below are for a 6-hour timespan. Any setup or breakdown should be done by the client or vendor during this time frame. Clients must bring their own heavy-duty trash bags. Any additional time needed is $100/hr (no exceptions and we only rent in hour increments).
Your rental fee covers the cost of the rental. We have the following complimentary inventory for your use: 80 clear chiavari Chairs 80 folding white plastic chairs, 2 eight-foot tables, 11 60" round tables, 3 - 6' tables, 4 hi-boys, 1 - 5' tables (this may fluctuate based upon damages incurred). Please verify before your event. Any additional tables/chairs needed is the responsibility of the client.

Please note a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be held on your credit card 48 hours prior to your event. The hold will be released after facility inspection. Refund for damage deposit posting times vary and depend on the policies of your bank. If there are any damages, the client will be contacted immediately and notified of the damages and given the opportunity to remedy the damage or forfeit their damage deposit.
*For Saturday events held from 11 am - 5 pm, there is a $250 cash damage deposit due at the time of the walkthrough. Cash deposits will be returned at conclusion of event pending no violation of rental policy and time agreement.
Our preferred licensed bartender is required if you are serving alcohol at your event. If you are serving beer and wine only, no bartender is required.
